Local output first.
Billing metadata only.

PageMint is built so page content and exported PDFs stay on your device. Remote systems only enter the picture for billing and support handling, and those flows only receive the minimum metadata needed to sell, restore, refund, and protect PageMint Pro.

What stays local

Page content, rendered PDFs, and export flows stay in the browser.

Standard exact export uses Chrome’s print flow from the active tab. Page content and PDFs are not uploaded to PageMint.

High Fidelity still renders locally through Chrome DevTools Protocol. There is no hosted rendering fallback.

Extension settings such as paper size, margins, scale, and the high-fidelity preference are stored in extension storage on your device.

What PageMint receives remotely

Only the metadata needed to launch, sell, restore, and support PageMint Pro.

Checkout metadata: Stripe checkout session identifiers, customer/payment identifiers, price selection, and tax results.

License metadata: purchase email, license key state, install bindings, transfer history, webhook event receipts, and entitlement issuance state.

Abuse-control metadata: install identifiers, IP-derived rate-limit state, and failed activation or transfer attempt counters.

Install metadata: when activation runs, PageMint may receive an install identifier and the user agent string so it can bind a license to a browser and rate-limit abuse.

If you contact support, PageMint may retain your message, receipt email, masked license key, and activation context while the ticket is open.

PageMint does not send page URLs, page HTML, screenshots, exported PDFs, or article content to its billing service.

Third parties and human access

Remote data sharing is limited, named, and tied to billing or abuse handling.

Stripe receives checkout, payment, tax, refund, and dispute metadata so PageMint can sell and fulfill Pro. Stripe processes checkout, tax, refunds, and disputes and may appear on the checkout page or receipt.

Resend may receive your receipt email address and license-recovery email content when PageMint attempts to send receipt or license-recovery email from the billing service.

Humans only access purchase email, install metadata, and license state when you ask for support, when fraud or abuse review is needed, or when required by law.

PageMint’s use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention

Billing records are kept only as long as needed to operate the purchase.

License and install records are retained while a purchase may need recovery, refund handling, transfer support, or fraud review.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as it is needed for ticket handling, operational integrity, or abuse prevention.

Webhook and rate-limit records are retained for operational integrity, idempotency, and abuse prevention.
